Asheville has become a second home for Farm Burger so when we were invited to become a part of the legendary opening in the S&W Market, we had to jump on the honor. Farm Dogs was in the works since the pandemic began as a way to provide easy To Go snack options. Farm Burger co-founder, George Frangos, said he and his partners Jason Mann, and chef Cameron Thompson, settled on grassfed hot dogs, handcrafted sausages and pretzels from Asheville-based companies Hickory Nut Gap Meats and Blunt Pretzels, owned and operated by local residents Jamie Ager and Eddy Schoeffmann respectively. They felt it was the perfect pairing with a Highland beer!

Farm Burger wants you to think about your traditional hot dog. Where it comes from and how it is created. That is why we have introduced FARM DOGS - an ethically sourced, chef driven hot dog. Staying true to our locally sourced 100% grassfed beef origins, we have sourced the best 100% grassfed beef uncured hot dogs from Hickory Nut Gap and sausages from Asheville’s best butchers.

Crafted from dog to bun by Farm Burger Asheville’s head chefs, the menu features a lineup of three hot dogs and brats that pack a punch: Original, Farm, and Seasonal. The warm potato buns are baked locally, and toppings are sourced from the region’s best farmers and producers.
